Looks like a huge fl king snake
Could also be a coachwhip. Do you have either a head or tail shot? (or both)
I think this is a Gray Rat Snake (a dark one) maybe like the last pic on here:

My other two guesses would be a Black Kingsnake, or a Black Racer.

looks like this snake is 8 to 10 ft?
