uncertain damselfly

About 4 cm long, this damselfly had a long, thin tail that was of a black color with a bluish tinge. The main part of the body and the legs were yellow. The eyes were strikingly big on the head.

Found less than two meters from a water-filled culvert of sorts amongst open fields in Northern Thailand.
