Description:

Giant tree that towers above everything else around it. Long, thick trunk that is at least 10 meters across at the base. The leaf/greenery is all contained in a relatively small ball at the top.

Habitat:

This is one of several sacred trees in the old city of Chiang Mai, Thailand. It is hot and often humid.

Notes:

This is one of three trees that, if it falls, predicts the downfall of the city.
