Hi 000barb. Welcome to project Noah.
Yes this is definitely Eumeninae (the wings are collapsed) but I'm not sure about going beyond genus for an ID
BTW no need to make a suggestion which is the same as already applied so I'll remove that. Hows about snapping your next drink wasp. ;-)

I recently saw one of these wasps sitting on the juice bottle in my kitchen. I thought they were only in Qld but I'm Euroa, Victoria.
