Large (wing spam > 10 cm). I spoted a very similar butterfly recently, but I am sure it is not the same species (thanks to Bayucca): http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/935...
Almost ;-)... It is a Clearwing-mimic! Clearwing-mimic Queen, Lycorea ilione, often mixed-up with Methona and Thyridia. But it is actually a Nymphalidae, Danainae, so from the same family like the Monarchs!
Neither do I, Francis, this is a glass wing butterfly, not a swallowtail.
