@Emma,thanks for the comment and yes it's a hugh problem,i'am not forgetten about the contacts i'am going to made to se if in Porto there a plan to deal with the problem,if dont,i'll do the advertizing distribution of a flyer and some posters spread in certain locations,it's the minimun
