Hi Victoria17! Yes, it is the Monte Maria Shrine at Alfonso Cavite, just outside Tagaytay.
I do not know Christian Paul if this is available for sale from plant growers and vendors. I found it in Monte Maria near Tagaytay 4 years ago, so I am not sure if it is still there. You may want to visit the place to check if you have time.

Hello Ninyo. The genus Hierodula itself has a common name of "giant Asian mantis". H. parviceps, a Philippine-endemic, is known as the "Philippines Marbled Mantis" or "Giant Philippine Mantis". But in other literature, it is also called as the "Asian Marbled Mantis". Hope this helps a bit. Regards!
