Yes chital is one of the primary prey for the Tiger, Leopard and also Dholes in the area. The tiger density in this particular park is probably the highest in the world.
I did see it fly, but unfortunately the video is not clear enough. I am very soory about it! :(
Thank you very much! The antler is that of a Chital deer, very common in the area. This apparently is a salt lick, deers often hang around with Langurs so its no surprise for me to see a deer antler out there.

Sadly for me (wish it was in the wild) this was spotted in Guwahati Zoo Assam, which is why I was able to take such a close snap. I just took the photo in such a way that it looked to be in the wild.
But yeah, a bit east from Guwahati it is Kaziranga National Park which probably has the highest density of Tiger population in the world.
