A worldwide community photographing and learning about wildlife
Hi! It's LilBunny. I love nature, so I thought I should start doing Project Noah again. Keep on enjoying the wildlife!

Ashley, the student showed no indication of it being a cottonmouth just because it's in the water. Infact, callawa37 is very upset now for reasons I will not tell.
For a second, it looked like it was in amber. Anyone else see that? It's kinda cool
Found something similar:
Potentilla "Tangerine"
Shrubby Cinquefoil
Low shrub with small leaves and yellow buttercup flowers in summer
Remove unwanted or damaged branches in spring - cut back young strong growth by about one third

Potentilla "Tangerine"
I think this may be the closest to it. It looks similar and has green stems
I never get anything right. ;-;
I think that's a cicada..
There's something below the flower the crab spider is located on.. I think that should have been in a separate spotting. Cause it looks like a giant fly.
This is probably a Dasiphora fruticosa. Their habitat is sun; moist thickets, wet prairie, swamps, fens, rocky shores.
