Oyster mushrooms (Pleurotus sp.). Do you know what kind of tree they were growing on? Looks like it could be cottonwood, so possibly Pleurotus populinus.

Were these orange in color at all, or more white? The photos appear to have a tint of orange but it's kind of hard to tell. Anyway, compare with Lactarius pubescens and Lactarius torminosus.

Beautiful specimens! I would consider comparing them with Boletus rubriceps, though.
