It's hard to tell from this photo, but I've seen canada geese with diluted coloration much like this. Same markings, but the goose is mostly white, and instead of the neck being black like the others, it had light brown. Hypomelanism, most likely.

Thanks, everyone! They seem to be out in full force right now. I saw several more last night. I love their colors and patterns. Each one is slightly different.
