Wow, what a beautiful bird. So sad that, like so many of our beautiful animals, it's listed as Vulnerable on the IUCN Red List due to loss of habitat.
Great find, they are hard to spot. I think it's a Glaucus atlanticus - it has the long tail, which G. marginatus doesn't have.
