Carphurus pallidifrons
Several of these beetles were seen on a variety of plants. This one had interesting red markings along the abdominal margin like the clearance lights on a truck. About 16mm long.
In a local mixed nature reserve.

Thanks Stephen. I'm unable to find one with clearance lights yet.
Looks to be Carphurus (Family Melyridae)
