Thank you for the correction. I didn't think it looked exactly like a western tiger.

Almost identical with "my" Old World Swallowtail, Papilio machaon, but the little black spot is different. It is the Anise Swallowtail. Papilio rutulus has no black patches at the margin of the forewing, only black stripes. Here is Rutulus to compare:
