Description:

Black body, white neck, white forehead, thick orange beak.

Habitat:

Bolsa Chica Wetlands.

Notes:

This was the last bird I saw when I was there, and I only saw it once.

I've really been wanting to go to Lake Pleasant out here for a while. There are reports of a rare white-winged Scoter and black Scoters along with a few other interesting waterfowl.

Me too and it was about time to leave the wetlands, and I looked to my right, and it was right there, and I took two pictures before I left.
