The colors are indeed similar but this is a typical coloration of a katydid nymph. I have some in my area that are nearly identical.

Might check the Katydid species. Their antenna are longer than their bodies.

I agree with Cindy. The super long antenna say it all.

Great shot! It looks like a Katydid nymph in a very early instar.
