Tropiduchidae
A very tiny size Tropiduchid Planthopper, just around 5-6 mm. Apex of wings is translucent or almost transparent, with a black bar separating it from the main wings which is neon green in colour. Body is also neon green in colour, seems to be 'glowing' when shine with light.
