Poinciana Longicorn (Agrianome spinicollis)?

Description:

This specimen had been dead for some time and found under a pile of mulching straw, hence the mould on its body and legs. Very large almost 7cm in length, shades of brown, strong jaws, long antennae, large hard wing case over soft papery wings. Accurate ID ideas welcome.

Habitat:

Found in many regions around Australia in varied habitats including near water.
