Trametes versicolor

Description:

Polypore fungus with radial bands of alternating colors. Thicker specimens are brown and had strong white margins and appeared to be younger growth.

Habitat:

These were growing on a stump that had almost completely rotted away and most of it seems to be old growth.

Notes:

Pics 5 and 6 show the top and underside of the same specimen.
