Description:

Near threatened Iberian peninsular endemic. Some taxanomic authorities still consider this as a sub-species of P. viridis, whilst others have elevated it to full species since 2011.

Habitat:

Roadside trees by limestone outcrop. A pair of them, though only one photographed, later flew to ground on the limestone outcrop.
