Tyrannus melancholicus
Head is a light grey with a barely visible orange stripe. Darker grey eye mask. Back is a greenish grey and trail is brownish grey and forked. Pale grey throat, almost white to the olive grey chest, leading down to bright yellow belly. Bill is longer and thicker then the Western Kingbird.
Since this one is a vagrant to the area, it was mostly flying over a marsh and to phone wires.
