Poecile cinctus
It is about 13.5–14 cm long. The head is dark brown with white cheeks, the mantle brown, the wing feathers blackish with pale fringes, and the underparts whitish with pale brown flanks.
I saw this one ( and many more) near Jukkasjärvi, Sweden on our dog sledding over night camp. It was early morning about - 17 degrees. clear morning.
These little ones were obsessed with the dog meat!
