Bewick's wren

Thryomanes bewickii

Description:

Collecting nesting materials in the backyard. The Bewick's wren is easy to identify with a small roundish body with pale underparts and reddish-brown upperparts. Also a distinctive white eye stripe and a twitchy tail that has some dark barring.
