Large black Tachinid fly with red eyes, impressive spines on the abdomen and a white face. The abdomen has both orange and black coloration. 1 cm in length. This one probably parasitizes caterpillars. Family Tachinidae.
Found along the river, Chiflón Waterfall Park, Chiapas, Mexico.
