Fungus Fly

Tapeigaster luteipennis

Description:

A small fly about 15mm long with wings folded across its back. Well separated eyes. Clearly visible were a short proboscis and two bristly antennae on either side. Body appeared slightly dorso-ventrally flattened. The tibia were noticeably thick.

Habitat:

Usually seen on fungus. this one was spotted in side the house - should I be concerned ??
