A worldwide community photographing and learning about wildlife
Nymphalidae, Charaxinae, Polyura sp. and looks like being Polyura athamas. But there is not really much reliable info on the net, so I am not 100% sure about the species. There is a great variability within the genus and even within the species depending on the instar and maybe also the season. Early instars often do not have any markings, just a green body. It is similar to Polyura schreiber, the Blue Nawab, which to my knowledge only has one white stripe. Please, verify yourself!
