Coprinus comatus
Also known as Lawyer's wig and Shaggy mane. Whitish cylindrical cap covers the entire stem at this stage, cap covered with whitish scales. Only one fruit-body visible.
Very common, and seen every autumn on lawns in our town park - lowlands just at the basis of Jura mountain range slopes.
My newly acquired Mushroom guidebook says it is excellent when eaten right after being collected... However - my knowledge of mushrooms is poor; feel free to comment and correct...
