It could have been my camera but I did not enhance the picture. Not that I am familiar with this insect, it looks like the Great Pondhawk to me based on the shape.

This is a Great Pondhawk. Green Darner would have a blue abdomen and a different overall shape.

It shows to me like common green darner as the photo seems to be enhanced for blue color
