Rana sylvatica
Small toad/frog brown in color with black and brown banded legs. Has long, slender "fingers" on feet.
I am posting this for the curiousity of my son who saw this in the grass in his yard. I suspect this is a tree toad/frog because of the "fingers" on the feet. Unfortunately, he took only the one picture.
