Description:

Pale overall with dusky wings, black and white tail, orange pink on sides and under wings.

Habitat:

Lewisville Lake Environmental Learning Area below the Lewisville dam.

Notes:

Perches on fences and wires; flutters over open fields, spreading its tail wide, as it chases flying insects.
