The caps were viscid and tan. Tan gills, with what appears to be brownish spores trapped in the slime in the second photo. White, brittle stipe.

Now I definitely didn't do a taste and spit test on this one! I agree.. too slimy
I think a taste a spit test on these would go: taste and spit, and spit, and spit, etc. Weird. Thanks for sharing Machi.
