Tiny damselfly in genus Agriocnemis called wisps. Could be Agriocnemis pygmaea (Pygmy Wisp) or Agriocnemis femina (Pinhead Wisp) (immature male). Black and green thorax with orange-tipped tail. http://dragonsndamsels.blogspot.com/2007.... http://thaiodonata.blogspot.com/2011/03/....
