Larus argentatus
Large gull. White body with gray wings with black and white at the tips. Adults have pink legs, yellow bill with a red dot on the lower half. Nonbreeding adults often have brown streaking on the neck and head but there are variations in coloration, size and structure with this species. A juvenile of this species can be seen in the first picture (behind the adult).

Very common around here. Seen regularly in parking lots as well as beaches.
