Small snake, about 25 cm uniformly brown with a narrow dark band running down from neck to tail; short snout, head orange with dark design. I found this little guy in an underground tomb at the Tierradentro archeological park.
Low scrubland in the southern part of the Colombian Andes, at about 1800 m above sea level.
