Description:

Very small (20-27 mm or under 1") damselfly. Green and black body with yellow tail, clear wings and yellow stigmas.

Habitat:

Thick green habitat near still water.

Notes:

This is the smallest dragonfly I have ever seen, even smaller than the tiny Lilypad Forktail.
