Hi again Kate. Upon further investigation, I have changed my opinion! This looks closer to a Silky Lacewing, Family Psychopsidae Here is a link to a page that has a few. The first one looks like yours though I don't know if it's in the correct area!

Thanks, the example you linked to could occur in this area as well, similar habitats, and not all that far from here.
