Thanks, the example you linked to could occur in this area as well, similar habitats, and not all that far from here.
Hi again Kate. Upon further investigation, I have changed my opinion! This looks closer to a Silky Lacewing, Family Psychopsidae

Here is a link to an Australian species. The color is different but the veining in the wing is quite similar, as well as the shape of the body.
