Wood Frog

Lithobates sylvaticus

Description:

What I thought was a leaf blowing by me was, in actuality, a Wood Frog in full leap. It calmly stayed in one spot and allowed me to get very close and photograph it.

Habitat:

Backyard; under the porch where it's mossy and cool.
