Amanita citrina var. citrina

Description:

Mushroom with a flat cap of a light green hue. Brown stem with a white ring. Very light brown gills, similar to the color of the stem. Ridges around the circumference of the cap.

Habitat:

On dead leaves.

Notes:

Good thinking:) I think this is just an old, decolored version of A. citrina var. citrina. The white form is totally white and it does not change color the way it's shown on your picture.
