Anthochaera carunculata
Large honeyeater with small red wattles on its neck which get longer with age, red eye, striped breast and white patch on cheek. They have a tongue specialized for getting nectar from flowers. Note that you can see the lemon yellow on the breast.
Parks, gardens, forests with blossoming trees, etc, this one was found on the Coogee to Bondi coastal walk on a curbside tree. I think the bush is a banksia species but ?
