Levant Hawk Moth

Theretra alecto

Description:

A Theretra alecto caterpillar, which fell from my Parthenocissus and landed in am aloe succulent pot, in my front porch. The larva was ready to change to a pupa, so I rescued her and placed her back on the vine, to fulfill her cycle and become a moth. Spotted in Nea Demetrias, Volos city, Greece.
