Description:

Red and black beetle, about 5-6mm in body length. Found on camote tops (sweet potato plant). The red color is more brilliant in real life than what I've captured in the pictures. Chrysomelid Beetle - Beetles in the family Chrysomelidae are commonly known as leaf beetles.
