Chocolate brown flying insect perched on a small ledge in the daytime. Inactive. Probably 2mm long.

Habitat:

Spotted near freshwater at the Kinzua Dam of Allegany State Park.

Possibly an Alderfly. http://bugguide.net/node/view/16957 I can tell you this is not a fly species so it should be taken out of the Flies! mission.
