Bizarre Fly

Description:

A small soldier fly, less than 10mm in length. It has a very weird body. It's thorax has metallic green lines with strange spikes uniformly arranged between the thorax and abdomen. The abdomen is quite broad with 2 bright white spots behind (seen in 3rd picture as it run)

Habitat:

Forest of Bukit Gemuk (Fat Hill), Tawau, Sabah.
