Sitta canadensis
They have a blue-gray back and top of the head. The belly is a rust color and they have two black eye stripes with white on each side.
They are found in conifer forests in North America, generally seen travelling head first down tree trunks.

Thanks Karen and Nuwan! I had been looking for these guys all year, and I went to a friends house for the super bowl and they were everywhere! Had such a blast photographing them all :)
