So are you saying this is a double-crested? I kind of see what you mean..is it a juvenile or anything? It still looks weird to me

Neotropic should have a more compact bill and darker lores, I believe. Notice how on Double-crested, the orange part of the bill extends in front of the eyes: http://www.ejphoto.com/images_CA/CA_Doub...
