The male Bullfinch is undoubtably the most colourful bird we have in Norway. With its bright red chest the Bullfinch is a strong symbol of Christmas and is found on everything from cards to napkins and wrapping paper. Generally (in Norway that is) you don't see these birds as frequently outside of the winter months when they come out of the forest to forage on bird feeders.
