A capsule shaped cylendrical organism suspended from a blade of grass through a very fine silken thread. About 8mm long and has a diameter of about 4mm. Maybe its a wasp nest, there are lots of wasps around or maybe an Ant Lion's egg I see several black adult Ant lion flying around too.

Today I just spot one cocoon very similar to this cocoon :)
I believe it is, I found a lot of black Ichneumon wasp in the area but they are hard to photographed cannot go near to them.
Thanks BugEric for the ID. Certainly it is.
Here's one of my ichnemon pupa spottings but it's not hanging like this. I suppose different species have different methods of attaching them. http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/114...
Cocoon of an ichneumon wasp, I am completely certain.
I agree CindyBinghamKeiser, its the same spotting, ant lion's eggs hangs like this but the texture of this spotting is more of a cocoon type.
Ignacio spotted one similar in Costa Rico but unfortunately doesn't have an ID yet. http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/113...
