Description:

One of the many species of Jamides blue butterflies that inhabit Papua. Jamides is a lowland genus with small tails on the hind wings.

Habitat:

Spotted on variegated croton (Codiaeum variegatum) in a large semi-urban yard & garden adjacent to a disturbed remnant patch of forest.
