Tiny black wasp. With the exception of black "feet", tarsi are pale on the front two pairs of legs. Front legs have pale tibiae as well, and the tibiae on the middle legs appear to be a smudged black higher up, fading to pale toward the tarsi. Back legs are black with a pale band on the upper tibiae.
