Male bird bright orange with black and white markings as shown. About the size of an American Robin.

Habitat:

This one was hunting adult Armyworm moths (Euxoa auxiliaris) in a vast open field of grass, yucca, and scattered rabbitbrush at 6:42 PM MST.

Notes:

Saw a female or juvenile in this area as well, on a different day.
